        無錫方管在應用之前是需要經過各個流程的加工的,方管的熱處理是焊接鋼管加工中很重要的一個環節。熱加工首先是將金屬材料放在一定的介質內加熱、保溫、冷卻,通過改變材料表面或內部的金相組織結構,來控制其金屬性能的一種金屬熱加工工藝。結構高頻焊管工件在加熱和冷卻過程中,由于表層和心部的冷卻速度和時間的不一致,形成溫差,就會導致體積膨脹和收縮不均而產生應力,即熱應力。
