新成立以來，我國鋼材產(chǎn)量長期偏低，必須限制鋼材的使用，近年來，雖然建設部開始重視建筑樓承板，但傳統(tǒng)的實力是不容易改變的，在建筑技能的培養(yǎng)方面，教育制度設施和建筑規(guī)則已經(jīng)落后，現(xiàn)行的建筑設計、施工技術(shù)和管理知識結(jié)構(gòu)已經(jīng)不能適應建筑工地的發(fā)展。

1、鋼構(gòu)建筑需求很多專業(yè)配套材料的供應，如強面板，螺栓等等。這些在我國雖然已有生產(chǎn)，但其產(chǎn)業(yè)仍不成熟，在某種程度上，制約了樓承板建筑的發(fā)展。

2、在壓力作用下，鋼管和混凝土之間產(chǎn)生相互作用的緊箍力，使混凝土處于三向受壓的應力狀態(tài)下工作，大大提高了混凝土抗壓強度，改善了塑性，提高了抗震性能，而薄鋼管在混凝土擠壓下不易屈曲，提高了鋼管局部穩(wěn)定性，使鋼材強度得到充分發(fā)揮。據(jù)試驗研究，鋼管混凝土強度比單鋼管或同樣截面混凝土強度提高了好幾倍。

4.
