        鋼結構加工過程中常會遇到由于焊接產生變形問題,造成鋼構件變形的原因有熱變形、冷變形或者由于相互的構件無法組裝在一體,變形問題是鋼結構加工過程中很難解決的問題,如鋼結構件組裝過程中無法順利進行組裝,鋼結構焊接過程中會出現焊接變形,技術要求公差太大。

        一、鋼結構加工夾具固定法,通常使用剛性很大的夾具夾緊組合焊件,用強制力控制變形問題,然后再進行焊接,鋼結構件遇到熱變形時,需要使用夾具作用力進行糾正,達到控制鋼結構加工變形問題。

        二、鋼結構加工過程中反變形法,構件在焊接前,根據被焊金屬構件情況判斷,如焊后冷卻(cooling)時,會發生方向變形和收縮量減小。可以預先向相反方向彎曲(Bend)或斜置,焊接遇熱后會產生變形,能恢復到預定的位置。
